1. Purpose and task of this Website is the information about the desired establishment of the Association of the friends and promoters "Technical Collection Dr.-Ing. Rudolf Hell" in Kiel.
    
2. The association will pursue exclusive and directly non-profit purposes by promotion of the science and national education.
    
3. A goal of the association is the mechanism of a constant, publicly accessible exhibition to the printing and communications technology in 20. Century with special appreciation of the life's work of Dr.-Ing. Rudolf Hell
    
4. To serve the association purpose among other things:

• Documentation of the development of the printing and communications technology in 20. Century as a technical cultural property in the context of a permanent exhibition;
   
• Acquisition of collection articles, technical devices, books and magazines as well as documentation material for the „Technical collection Dr.-Ing. Rudolf Hell ";
   
• Public information meetings;
   
• Cooperation with the „Technical collection Dr.-Ing. Rudolf Hell“ in accordance with condition of the possibilities;
   
• Suggestion and promotion of scientific work;
   
• Demonstration of technical plants;
   
• Publication or promotion of publications and other museum-usual material with generally comprehensible explanations, which the association drives out for the purpose of the national education and so that its statutory purposes carried out, without stepping thereby to larger extent into competition to not favoured enterprises.
